一、教學目標:
Course Description:
This course equips adult EFL learners with essential skills in prompt writing using large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT. The focus is on leveraging AI to enhance learning in literature, linguistics, and everyday English use. Over 18 weeks, students will explore prompt engineering techniques to guide AI in analyzing literary texts, improving language skills, and supporting practical applications, such as career planning, daily life management, and creative writing. The course covers fundamental concepts of AI, question refinement, few-shot learning, and interactive prompts, enabling students to develop customized prompts for academic, professional, and personal contexts. Through a blend of online lectures and face-to-face workshops, students will gain hands-on experience in crafting sophisticated prompts for diverse tasks, making this course ideal for learners seeking to integrate AI into their language learning and broader daily activities.
Course Objectives: 1. Enable students to effectively design AI prompts to improve English learning, focusing on linguistics and literature. 2. Help students apply AI tools in their daily routines, such as work, leisure, and retirement planning. 3. Provide practical prompt-writing skills for diverse tasks, including academic, professional, and personal applications.
