一、教學目標：
The purpose of this course is to inform students about some of the latest developments of various issues in the English-speaking world, including health, climate change, environmental protection, radiation, population control, political science, new forms of energy, economic assistance to the poor, and even the paranormal—all this from sources found on the Internet and in various journalistic and other publications.
