一、教學目標：
Course Description
"Cultural Conflicts and Adaptation" is a one-semester, 18-week course designed to equip students with the necessary tools to understand, navigate, and adapt to various cultural conflicts they may encounter in daily life. The course incorporates practical and engaging learning methods to make the materials relevant and applicable to students with diverse English abilities.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
1. Understand the nature, causes, and types of cross-cultural conflict.
2. Implement adaptation strategies to communicate effectively across different cultures.
3. Apply conflict resolution techniques in real-life situations.
4. Engage with various learning approaches for continuous practice and improvement in cross-cultural communication.
