一、教學目標:
This course is designed to help students to 1) understand the principles and practical applications of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) to language teaching, 2) critically evaluate ICT implements in language learning and teaching, 3) develop expertise on technological applications in language teaching, 4) find fresh ideas for using ICT tools and design lessons of TELL (Technology Enhanced Language Learning) .

Learners who are interested in TELL (Technology Enhanced Language Learning). Learners who have experience or concepts in language teaching are preferable.
